At our salon, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience of both our clients and our salon.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule.
• We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
• We are not responsible for your medical conditions. Please notify your nail tech about your medical issues before the services.
• Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the price with the nail techs before using the services.
• For services that use gel polish, dip powder, or acrylic, we only confirm touch-ups for peeling and chipping with original colors. If you wish to change the color, you will have to pay for a color-change service. There is no guarantee for regular polish.
• If you are not happy with our services, please make us aware of it immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
